There are lots of apps that can spark your productivity but it has its drawbacks. I recommend you use simple and easy ones like:
Microsoft note- it has all the functionality.
Google calendar and notes
The answer to any problem is an Excel spreadsheet notebook. It can be changed as you wish. It helps you focus on process - so evade perfectionism.
